The company sold 9,768 vehicles between January and June 2026, registering around 9% year-on-year growth. It also achieved its best-ever second-quarter performance, showing that demand for premium luxury vehicles remains strong despite rising prices.
According to the company, customer confidence, an expanding product portfolio, and growing demand for high-end SUVs and electric luxury vehicles have played a major role in this record performance. Mercedes-Benz officials also highlighted that buyers are increasingly looking for advanced technology, safety features, and premium driving experiences rather than focusing only on price.
Interestingly, the company believes that future price hikes due to the stronger Euro and rising import costs are unlikely to affect demand significantly. The brand continues to enjoy a healthy order book, especially in metro cities where luxury car ownership is growing steadily.
