Real estate developer Signature Global has awarded construction contracts worth around ₹920 crore for its premium housing project Sarvam at DXP Estate in Gurugram, marking a major step forward in the development of the residential project along the Dwarka Expressway.
The contracts have been awarded to KEC International and NCC Ltd, two established companies with experience in large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. The work covers the construction of the luxury residential development, which comprises 1,798 homes.
The project is located in Sector 37D, Gurugram, an area that has attracted significant interest from real estate developers and homebuyers because of its proximity to the Dwarka Expressway and improving connectivity with Delhi and other parts of the National Capital Region.
The ₹920-crore construction order highlights the scale of Signature Global’s premium housing expansion. The company has been increasingly moving into higher-value residential projects as demand for premium and luxury homes continues to grow across the Delhi-NCR market.
For the construction companies involved, the project provides a sizeable order opportunity. KEC International and NCC will be responsible for executing construction work for the development, giving both companies additional exposure to the rapidly expanding residential construction market in the NCR.

Signature Global has been building a significant project pipeline across Gurugram and the wider Delhi-NCR region. The company has focused heavily on the residential market and has been expanding its portfolio beyond its earlier affordable-housing positioning into premium developments.
The Sarvam project is part of the company’s DXP Estate development and is positioned as a premium residential offering. The project is expected to benefit from the continuing development of the Dwarka Expressway corridor, which has become one of Gurugram’s most closely watched real estate markets.
The Dwarka Expressway has attracted large investments in residential and commercial developments because of its improved connectivity between Gurugram and Delhi. Better road infrastructure and access to major employment centres have helped increase demand for homes in surrounding areas.
The latest construction contracts also come at a time when India’s residential real estate market remains relatively strong. Premium housing has become an important growth segment, with buyers showing increasing interest in larger homes, better amenities and projects located near major infrastructure corridors.
Signature Global’s wider development pipeline remains substantial. Earlier company disclosures indicated that its portfolio included 21 million square feet of recently launched projects, 20.7 million square feet of forthcoming developments and 13.8 million square feet under ongoing construction, giving the company a sizeable execution pipeline for the coming years.
The company has also recorded strong long-term sales growth. Its FY2025 sales bookings were reported at approximately ₹10,290 crore, while the company has continued to expand its development footprint across the NCR market.
For Signature Global, the key challenge now will be execution. Large residential developments require significant coordination between developers, contractors, suppliers and authorities. Timely construction and delivery will be important for maintaining customer confidence and supporting future sales.
For homebuyers, construction progress is an important factor when evaluating premium housing projects. The appointment of experienced contractors can provide greater clarity around the execution structure, although actual delivery will depend on construction progress, approvals and other project-related factors.
The ₹920-crore contract is also positive for the wider construction sector. Large residential projects generate demand for building materials, engineering services, labour, logistics and other supporting industries. As India’s urban population continues to expand, construction activity in major cities is expected to remain an important contributor to economic activity.
The development also reflects the changing nature of Gurugram’s property market. The city has increasingly become a hub for premium residential projects, supported by demand from professionals, business executives and investors. Areas connected to major highways and expressways are particularly attractive because connectivity can significantly influence property values and rental demand.
For investors tracking Signature Global, the latest contract is another indication of the company’s focus on expanding its premium housing portfolio. However, investors will also continue to monitor sales bookings, collections, debt levels, project execution and cash flows.
The ₹920-crore construction award therefore represents an important milestone for the Sarvam at DXP Estate project. With construction contractors now appointed, the focus will shift toward execution and delivery as Signature Global works to strengthen its presence in Gurugram’s premium residential market.
The project is also another example of how infrastructure development and real estate growth are closely connected in the NCR. As connectivity improves around the Dwarka Expressway, developers are continuing to launch large residential projects to meet expected demand.
For Signature Global, successfully delivering Sarvam and its broader pipeline could strengthen its position in Gurugram’s competitive premium housing market and provide a foundation for further growth in the years ahead.
